2024 Summer Sounds Concert Series Applications Open
The New Rochelle Council on the Arts (NRCA) Summer Sounds Concert Series Committee is now accepting applications from bands interested in playing in the annual Summer Sounds Concert Series.
These free concerts take place every Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 9:15 pm at the Historic New Rochelle Hudson Park Band shell, located at Hudson Park on the shores of the Long Island Sound.
All performers are paid, and a sound system, sound tech and lighting are provided.
NRCA also schedules a curated selection of food trucks each week.
ELIGIBILITY: Professional musicians performing all genres of music are invited to apply. Successful applicants will have experience performing onstage for a live audience.

IMPORTANT: ALL submissions MUST be made through this link. No other submissions will be considered.
All applications must include a link to at least one recent performance and a photo that can be used to promote the performance.
DEADLINE: Applications are due by 11:59 pm, on February 29, 2024.
NO LATE SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NOTIFICATION: Bands will be notified of selection no later than April 7, 2024.
Performance dates are Wednesdays and Fridays from June 28 to August 30.
