St. Vincent’s Hospital Auxiliary Celebrates 69th Annual Luncheon & Fashion Show
St. Vincent’s Hospital Auxiliary hosted its 69th Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show on November 7 at the Westchester Country Club in Rye, marking nearly seven decades of community support and philanthropy. The event brought together over 300 attendees to celebrate St. Vincent’s Hospital and the Auxiliary’s dedication to enhancing mental health and addiction services in the region.
The highlight of the afternoon included a stunning fashion show produced by Neiman Marcus-Westchester, featuring couture designs and professional models. Attendees also enjoyed a vibrant holiday boutique, with 20 vendors donating a portion of their proceeds to benefit the hospital’s programs.
This year’s Luncheon journal was dedicated to Marie Silverman Marich, a second-generation Auxilian and a cornerstone of the Auxiliary’s efforts since 1998. Marie, who served as Board President/Co-President from 2003 to 2009 and Journal Chair for 15 years, was recognized for her unwavering commitment to St. Vincent’s mission. She spoke movingly about her years of service and was presented with a bouquet of flowers in gratitude for her leadership and dedication.
The event also honored Zac Clark, a leading mental health and addiction recovery advocate, for his impactful work in the field. Clark is the co-founder and CEO of Release Recovery and the Release Recovery Foundation, which provides treatment scholarships to those in need. Through his work, Clark has expanded recovery services in the Greater New York City area, including the opening of a new outpatient facility in Purchase earlier this year.
The Luncheon and Fashion Show continues to serve as a cornerstone event for the Auxiliary, raising vital funds to support St. Vincent Hospital’s ongoing mission to provide exceptional care to patients and their families. The Auxiliary thanks all sponsors, attendees, and vendors for making this year’s celebration a tremendous success.
