The NRP Group Breaks Ground on Luxury Development

The NRP Group, a vertically integrated, best-in-class developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, in partnership with local owner-operator RPW Group, announced the groundbreaking of a 200-unit luxury multifamily development in Harrison. The project includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences and offers a unique assortment of in-demand amenities for working professionals, and families alike.

Located on a 10-acre site at 1 Webb Avenue, the five-story apartment’s proximity to major highways including I-287, I-95, and the Hutchinson Parkway offers quick access to White Plains and Westchester’s “Platinum Mile”. A shuttle service will provide residents with access to the Rye Metro North station. 

Five acres of the site will be set aside as open space which includes an outdoor walking trail system that will be open to the public, a dog park, and a community garden, operated by the West Harrison-based nonprofit Our New Way Garden. Additionally, two landscaped courtyards will include grill and lounge areas, a heated pool, and fire pits.

The residences feature contemporary finishes, in-unit laundry, and smart locks throughout. Floor plans are varied, with 30 studios, 75 one-bedroom units, 11 one-bedroom dens, and 84 two-bedroom units. Five percent of units at the project are reserved for residents earning 80% of the area median income.
